Please read BEFORE proceeding to pay for this class:

If for any reason the trainer needs to cancel class due to unforseen circumstances (sickness, flight cancellation, death in family, inclement weather, etc.), the class will be rescheduled to a later date.  However, the trainer,  Antoinette Haynes, her business, Serenity Suite Skincare, the salon/ training facility or any of its owners are not responsible for reimbursement/refunding for class, travel expenses, hotel, loss of wages, or any other expenditures that could occur with the cancellation of this class.

IMPORTANT: As a student in the class, I know that I am in practice mode and learning a new skill from the instructor. As I understand that any of the following can occur: abrasions, cuts, swelling, nicking of the skin, or removing of hair unintentionally, even though precautions have been taken to ensure that this doesn't happen.

In such cases, the instructor of this class, Antoinette Haynes, Esthetician, her company, Serenity Suite Skin Care, the salon or training facility, or any of the salon owners aren't responsible for any outside medical attention or doctor visits that could occur.

By signing up and paying for this class, I understand and agree with the terms of what is written above.
